Holly is a British Cycling Level 3 Coach with heaps of drive and enthusiasm to encourage and support riders to be the best they can be.
She is passionate about developing and growing women’s cycling and has experience of road racing, time trials, track, BMX, sportives and mountain biking and has raced regionally and nationally.
Holly coaches Road Racing, Time Trial and Mountain Bike and also holds the British Cycling Mountain Bike Leader Qualification and is a Level 3 Personal Trainer meaning that she can support riders across all disciplines. As a National Standards BikeabilityInstructor Holly also teaches road confidence.
Currently her company Spring Cycle Coaching is supporting young riders in schools, novice female racers, MTB XC National Series racers, several Cat 2 and Cat 3 road racers, time trialists varying from new racers to international racers and Holly is Head Coach for her local club 700cc, coaching the men’s and women’s racing teams as well as supporting new riders with basic skills.
In 2016 Holly will be racing Transalp, the toughest MTB Stage Race in the world, covering over 500Km with nearly 18,000m of climbing.
