Now a fourth year professional rider, with experience of racing throughout Europe and the UK, Tom known as “Minty” within the British Cycling scene recently won the bronze medal in the 2011 British National Criterium Championships, has two participations of the Tour of Britain and several high placings within both the British Tour Series and Preimer Calendar competitions on his palmares.

Just as at home indoors on the track, Tom is a regular name on the line up for the Revolution Track Series throughout the winter months and in 2011 he took the bronze medal in the British National Madison Championships riding alongside Alex Dowsett of Team Sky.

When not out braving the Pennine hill’s where he took the 2010 Yorkshire Region Road Race Championship, Tom can be found in his home town of Huddersfield updating his blog here at Cycling Shorts.
